Job Description :
The pre-sales analyst is responsible to participate with the OPD and sales Solution teams in the development of Complex Delivery and Pre-
Sales Assessment deliverables for each opportunity assigned. This includes support for CPT-130,135 processes within the CPT framework.
The position requires the ability to perform comprehensive reviews of RFP / RFI or other contract related documents and participation in the solution development process with other solution stakeholders.
In many cases there may be specific SOW attachment and exhibit reviews and contract redlining of requirements to assist in ensuring contract documents accurately reflect Telecommunication capabilities.
The position is responsible for the assessment of program / project management service delivery and steady state resource levels and cost estimation (formula and experience based) to either be quoted (priced) directly to sales or provided to PCM for business case modeling.
Use of established corporate sales and solution tools is required.
The position is also responsible to develop a preliminary Transition and Transformation plan (when required) and related schedules with varying levels of detail based on the specific client RFP and opportunity related requirements.
The position also requires comprehensive knowledge of and ability to communicate best practices, and lessons learned to the prospective customers in a way that builds credibility and confidence.
This position requires 2+ years of complex IT project delivery and / or service operations experience with large Multi-Service Tower Managed Services solutions with a specific focus on Complex Service Transition and Transformations for our largest customer segments.
The experience should include and demonstrate the candidate's ability to formulate and execute a project with specific areas of project planning, project execution and creation of work breakdown structures.
Experience must also be shown in the areas of managing a steady state (Service Operations) environment and integrating managed solutions with service desks and personnel into established customer environments.
