Responsibilities :

  • Generate potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization.
  • Generate new business by initiating cold calls, set meetings / appointments or conference calls with potential customers.
  • Ability to engage C Level and Director level officers.
  • Identify project requirements, prepare sourcing plans and assist support group in preparing the necessary resources for identified opportunities.
  • Manage all customer meetings and conference calls both internal and external including taking important and relevant information during every engagement and next steps.
  • Manage customer expectations in terms of service delivery and costs.
  • Coordinate, prepare & develop competitive proposals for identified opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close identified opportunities whenever possible.
  • Prepare and negotiate project development agreements and other arrangements with prospective clients and support group.
  • Managed all matters pertaining to assigned accounts including post-sales activities.
  • Qualifications :

  • Working experience in Account Management, Lead Generation and Outbound Sales is highly desirable. Open for Fresh Graduates.
  • Preferably Mid to Senior Level with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Good knowledge of IT industry technology trends with excellent organization, problem-solving and leadership skills with strong business sense.
  • Must have sales or customer service background, results oriented, team player, energetic and self-motivated.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
