Administration Provide general administrative support to the Site,Assist in conceptualizing and executing relevant site engagement activitiesPrepare, proof and edit documents, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports as directed ensuring accuracy and meeting all established deadlines.
Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, secure maintenance of office equipment, establish and maintain filing system, sort and direct mail, and maintain an accurate calendar.
Providing high quality customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment is required.Prepare, coordinate and organize meetings as required to include room reservations, notification to members, and distribution of meeting materials and minutes.
Prepare required reports and documents in compliance with the regulatory requirements under PEZA, DOLE BWC, and any other local government institutions.
Prepare travel arrangements as requiredPrepare and process monthly expense reportsMonitor purchase agreements, contracts, multiple accounts, and perform other basic accounting tasks ensuring accuracy and meeting all established deadlines
Good attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a high level of customer service.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
Demonstrated proficiency in business writing and oral communication using correct grammar
