SolarWinds is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialis t to join the Marketing team & support the team’s plan and execution for their key deliverables & initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist in planning, organizing, overseeing and documentation of specific marketing and cross-functional programs and projects.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
They can demonstrate solid communication skills and have the ability to problem-solve under guidance, work both independently and in a team setting, and is adaptable to change and evolving environments.
Work across internal teams to support cross-functional alignment and initiatives
Perform operational support duties as assigned to ensure the success of the Marketing and Sales teams, and the entire organization
Oversee the webcast program utilizing our platform of record (live and on-demand) including stakeholder requests, project management, logistics, reporting, training, and documentation
Assist with Marketing Campaign management : Salesforce Campaign Creation & Coding, Reporting, Lead Loads, Call &
Email list pulls
Assist in management of Marketing budgets
Marketing Platforms administration and management (ie Wufoo, SurveyGizmo, etc.)
Manage and maintain Global Marketing org charts
Sales & Marketing automation support
3-5 years of digital marketing experience
Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn
Experience managing webcasts a plus
Experience managing budgets a plus
Must have Microsoft Office skills; project management tool familiarity (Asana, Jira, etc.) is a plus
