The Project Manager is in charge of overall coordination of specific project / s assigned. He / she monitors the life cycle of the project from initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities to project team members, monitors project progress, measures project performance ensuring that it is within scope, timelines, and budget.
Prepares status reports presented to upper management and clients.
Is able to work independently while leading Project teams. He / she receives very minimal supervision from Senior, Lead or PMO.
Bachelor's / College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course
At least 3 years of experience in
Project Management like implementation of hardware and / or software development projects
Skilled in developing project plans in MS Project or other PM tools.
Demonstrated skill in leading internal and vendor teams to collaborate and work within project timelines
Keeps project within budget and monitors direct and indirect costs
Solves problems and analyzes data to make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
Ensures that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and budget parameters
Assists in the definition of the project scope and objectives, technical feasibility and this process involves all relevant stakeholders
Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and Project team
Delegates and monitors adherence to defined project management standards, work outputs, designated resources, and reports status and progress various stakeholders in relation to committed time lines
Prioritizes activities, analyzes work progress, anticipates and / or resolves problems before it becomes a block or barrier towards delivering commitments to clients
Coordinates internal resources and third parties / vendors for collaboration towards flawless execution of projects
Manages changes in the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to meet the objectives with the allocated resources
Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to determine profitability and team efficiency
Manage relationship with the client, stakeholders, and third parties / vendors to sustain a satisfactory and productive relationship

Cost Estimating and Developing a Budget
