Job Description 1.Plan, direct, oversee and perform internal audits. Evaluate result and report to top management.2.Direct, oversee and monitor corrective & preventive action, document control and continuous improvement activities.
3.Study and interpret the requirements of international standards (ex. ISO 9001, ISO 14001), customer requirements and social responsibility related requirements.
4.Facilitate process development, review and improvements.5.Coordinate with other departments regarding process implementation and improvements.
6.Handle customer audit. Coordinate with related departments and perform preparatory audits.7.Discuss weekly quality performance during quality meeting.
8.Review quality performance, prepare season-end reports and discuss to top management.9.Suggest and discuss any ideas for improvement.
10.Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
