Job Description Organizes, updates and maintains personnel and administrative files like 201 files, administrative orders and circulars, office / travel order, statement of assets and liabilities, pass / locator slips, rules and regulations from CSC, COA and DBM, plantilla of personnel complement and reports, among others for reference in performing future personnel-related actions;
Prepares Admin / Travel Orders, Office Order, Circulars, Travel Authority, Certifications, Official notices, and other documents needed by the staff in carrying out their functions;
Filing and organizing PAS records and documents; Prepares minutes of the meetings of PAS; Follow thru with all divisions submission of necessary HR / Personnel documents due for submission in compliance with CSC, DBM, COA, GSIS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig rules.
Answers email / telephone inquiries regarding Personnel concerns; Update monthly salary guide; Prepares monthly salary report;
Prepares monthly payment of remittances to GSIS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH; Prepares list of loyalty awardees and loyalty pay;
Confirms GSIS loans; Updates and prepares service record;Prepares retirement application
