  • Provides administrative assistance to IT project / IT Department
  • Maintains and enhance existing programs / software
  • Handles payment request memo (Billing, Supplier Payment) thru SAP System
  • Handles RCESP (IT Equipment Request by user), prepares CFP / CER, purchase requests
  • Handles ITAAF requests
  • Handles inventory of delivered items
  • Monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents and other admin tasks
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT or computer related course
  • Willing to work in Ortigas area
  • With above average communication skills
  • With programming background or knowledge in VB.Net or Visual Basic and Lotus Notes
  • Good confidence level and can work independently
