You will be responsible for :
Daily branch operations, attending to incoming customers to assist in banking transactions, account opening / closing etc.
Delivering excellent and efficient customer service
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and conducting follow-ups to provide information on new products and services.
Ensuring account operations are smooth and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Conducting due diligence on new and existing accounts and ensuring strict compliance with audit and statutory guidelines.
Providing recommendations on streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.
You have a Degree with at least 2 years experience ideally as a Sales / Relationship Manager within Retail Banking. You have sound knowledge of financial products and services .
You are a strong relationship builder , with excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly. You are result-driven and able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
