A. To provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out members, to assess their needs and provide assistance.
B. To be able to drive sales through acquired product knowledge and provide information on product features.
C. To monitor and manage product merchandising, storage and inventory and item ordering.
D. To provide clean, organized and safe working and shopping environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Oversees the operation of a store’s meat area
B. In charge of the employees in the department and may be responsible for training, proper grooming, scheduling, evaluation, coaching and completing paper works.
C. Closely coordinating with Buying and Receiving for ordering, delivery schedules, receiving standards and procedures, and service level.
D. Creates production plan to ensure all merchandise are being displayed with appropriate quantity projection.
E. Guarantee outstanding product quality and freshness on displays and with at least 3-layer presentation and even in back rooms and storages with complete and no bloody tickets
F. Maintain safety and sanitation standards. Enforcing proper cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
G. In charge of member service of his / her department and is responsible for handling complaints, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining quality service.
H. Suggest and / or ensure accurate and timely implementation of sales and promotions
I. Monitor club’s inventory both merchandise and non-merchandise (packaging and the likes). Making sure that we are in stock that actual and system on hand is the same and accurate.
J. Minimize department expenses without compromising department conditions or member service.
K. Conducts market research / price check and analyse threats and opportunities. Provides feedback to management areas for improvement of the department.
L. Coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor for PMs and repairs of equipment
M. Perform other task that may be assigned
