Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
With at least 6 years of work experience in General Services, at least 3 years should be in operations / administration in a managerial capacity
Must have experience in handling safety and security
BOSH Certification is a must; COSH Certification is preferred
Must be service and customer oriented, capable thinker with high amount of innovation, highly analytical, good trouble shooter, agile and efficient, cost-conscious, decisive, able to work on own initiative and with good business judgement
Must be able to handle pressure / emergencies calmly
Must have an eye for cleanliness, details and aesthetics
With good oral & written communication and PR skills
Proven reliability and discretion in handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Must be willing to work in Marikina City ![]()
