Position Description

  • Define the training strategy for the Shared Service Center in Manila.
  • Develop and manage training programs for the Shared Service Center in Manila.
  • Take ownership of developed programs, including possible program facilitation or delivery.
  • Align training strategy (QBS Manila) to Global Talent Management initiative.
  • Position Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Min. 3 years’ Experience in area of employee training and development.
  • Facilitation or delivery of training programs (area of Customer Experience / Satisfaction).
  • Familiarization with LMS as platform for managing programs and learners.
  • Personal Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (to Hiring Managers, vendors, internal stakeholders and employees).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and performance-driven work environment.
  • High customer orientation and service mindset.
  • Dynamic and an open personality, good multi-cultural awareness and excellent team-player.
