Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audits all expense reports over $1;
  • Responsible for maintaining records for Expense reports
  • Communicates to employees and resolves all Travel discrepancies.
  • Imports Expense reports to Oracle Accounts Payables.
  • Responsible for the monthly Travel Audit Reports.
  • Assists in the audit requirements / schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, etc.)
  • Identifies significant recurring Travel Audit discrepancies;
  • Identifies significant Oracle A / P system issues and coordinates with superiors for resolution.
  • Qualifications

  • Academic qualification : Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Economy.Experience & Skillso Oracle knowledge is an advantage, computer skills : o Word processing and, spreadsheets;
  • o Effective oral and written communication skills;o Effective organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
