Purpose of Position

This senior managerial level position will work closely with the Executive leaders and regional leadership team to develop and review pricing for new and existing clients for the Asia Pacific region of the company.

The primary focus is advising Operational, Sales, and Financial leadership on details related to pricing and financial contracting process while defining, developing, and implementing best practices for the pricing, financial modeling, and financial contracting department in response to B2B BPO RFPs including contact centers, back-office transactions, and other operations across all verticals.

Additionally, this position will play a key role in supporting our business leaders by providing analysis and context on proposed deals.

You will be responsible for understanding company and team goals and working with team members to meet those goals.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Works closely with EWAP Executive Leadership Team and Business Development team in order to manage, solution, and propose responses to client generated RFPs from a financial perspective across multiple lines of business and geographies.
  • Lead and facilitate project pricing, financial contract administration, postmortem review and process improvement functions.
  • Create and improve processes and principles that allows CS / Ops to have more time to focus on delivery of operations, client satisfaction and financial results.

  • Provide leadership support that will allow for all strategic client related initiatives to be more accurate and timely to allow for informative and strategic decisions to be made based on findings.
  • Provide and review pricing across all segments to ensure that pricing is timely, accurate and complete and meets the needs of the external customer.
  • Oversee the consolidation of all data relevant from divisions and support groups such as Operations
  • Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm the operational viability of proposals.
  • Evaluates and supports the development of regional key account programs, new customer proposals and completion of RFPs.
  • Supports development and execution of division strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensures standardization and compliance to defined processes and policies.
  • Support various requests for ad hoc analysis
  • Support client negotiations and contract review from a financial perspective.

    Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis.

    Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the BPO industry or in the Finance or Mathematics discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative / technical discipline is required. MBA preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company is a must.
  • Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead development of business vision and priorities.
  • Government pricing experience is a plus.
  • Experienced professional with a background in detailed excel modeling, financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables, VBA, and formulas and the use of web-based systems.

  • Must have the ability to travel and work flexibility of time to meet deadlines for special projects.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Power BI or DOMO reporting tools would be a plus, but not required.
  • Competent in decision-making and problem solving.
  • Detail oriented yet able to present complex analyses in concise and actionable manner to all levels within the organization.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks.
