  • Basic HR function and procedures- Office procedures, methods and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing and databases.
  • Hiring process such as reviewing applications , selecting the right candidates to interview, testing candidates, choosing between candidates to make the hiring decision and performing various pre-employment test and checks.
  • Business letter writing and issuance of Memorandum-Methods and techniques for basic report preparation, writing, record keeping and filing-English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation-Pertinent labor laws, codes and ordinances.
  • Candidate must possess at lease Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.- with 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
