As a role, you will be leading and developing inbound, outbound, returns, inventory areas, building operational excellence culture and planning for the future growth - expansion, automation, manpower.

To achieve this, you will need to be creative problem solvers who are able to dream in immense scale, interpret big data, and deliver meaningful results that keenly drive productivity and efficiency.

Candidate should display remarkable hunger, drive, and an ability to learn. Interest for building strong foundations with a hands-on attitude to get things done and meet short deadlines.

Excellent multi-tasking and strong communication skills to coordinate between departments, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts.

Very good attention to details and comfort with managing quality. Willing to work in a fast-paced constantly changing and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing, leading, recruiting and developing a team of 3-8 managers / supervisors and up to 300 associates
  • Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
  • Building a winning culture - results and data driven that is continuously learning and improving
  • Building, delivering and evaluating performance, quality and productivity metrics
  • Striving for operational excellence and driving innovation
  • Setting the direction and priorities for the FC including infrastructure, automation, facilities and operational excellence
  • Planning and achieving financial budget targets
  • Supporting and ensuring compliance with safety, security and CSR policies
  • Working with broad cross-functional teams that include head of departments across projects with very broad scope with the ability to lead and influence discovery discussions
  • Anything else related to FC
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in a similar fast-paced environment (manufacturing, production, distribution or ecommerce) with 5+ years of experience
  • You have a bachelor's or MBA degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
  • Goal driven, target orientated, able to step back and look at the bigger picture and long-term vision
  • Able to manage ambiguity with their sleeves rolled up, and possess a preparedness to get involved if needed
  • Demonstrate strong track record of team leadership within a large scale rapid and process driven environment
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of problem solving and very strong analytical skill capability as required, to look at and find solutions for a variety of operational challenges as well as large-scale process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
  • Excellent judgments to ensure timely decisions are made on a regular basis. Demonstrated ability to get things done and be resourceful
  • You enjoy working with numbers and using data to provide thought-provoking and workable solutions. Data is what you look to when given a problem to solve
