Among the digital marketing team, and under theresponsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Production Coordinatorwill endorse the following responsibilities :

1. Email

  • Build and update emails based on existing templates and according to thebrief received through JIRA
  • Test of the HTML through Litmus and correct any potential code issues& deliverability :
  • oHTML shall have the correct look and feel, correctspellings, links, etc, based on first HTML validation

    oHTML shallat least be read on Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Outlook

    oHTML shallat least be read on all formats : mobile, tablet and desktop

  • Send theemail accordingly to the emailing plan timeline
  • Update Hard& Soft Bounce by email
  • Update Unsubscribersand dedicated requests
  • ESP used : Exact Target, Eloqua, Easy Desk

    2. Website

  • Update websites’ pages according to the briefreceived through JIRA (new CMS blocks existing in the library to be added,existing blocks to be updated through new images, text, links, pdfs etc.)
  • Build newwebpages to support business’ goals according to the mock up received throughJIRA
  • CMS used : Atlas, ExactTarget

    3. Dashboards and reportings

  • Set up screen shots within crazy egg platform to measure customers’ behaviour on ourwebsites and provide reporting when required
  • Provide email complete reporting & ad-hocanalysis based on Eloqua and / or Exact Target statistics when required (templatewill be provided)
  • Accountabilities :

    The Digitalproduction coordinator will be responsible for the good execution, integration,testing of emailing campaigns, in respect with planning of all Reed MIDEM showcampaigns.

    He will also be responsible for the websites’ regular updates aswell as the production of the reporting for both email and website channels.

    The Digitalproduction coordinator will demonstrate a high level of flexibility, rigor andunderstanding of campaigns’ needs.

    The Digitalproduction coordinator shall have good basis in HTML, speak fluent English, andwill demonstrate dynamism, proactivity and team spirit.

    Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills3. Excellent organizational skills4.

    Ability to manage one's time5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment6. Ability to manage demands on multiple project simultaneously7.

    Experience at working independently and within a team collaboration environment8. Ability to learn new transaction processes quickly9.

    Ability to provide information to customers in a clear, concise, courteous, polite and professional manner10. Strong attention to detail is required11.

    Excel proficient12. HTML proficient13. Previous usage of CMS is a plus14. Previous usage of ESP platforms is a plus15. Competences in web design and integration, with a strong marketing and communication sensibility
