Be part of our Chat Support Consultant team!
You will assist clients with purchases, technical issues, questions, and resolving any customer concerns with regards to the
program; all via chat. You are also expected to :
Provide excellent support to clients by resolving their technical concerns
Educate the customer and cross-sell products and services they may be interested in
Required Skills :
Finished a minimum of 2 years college education or HS Graduate with similar work experience
Extensive knowledge of internet technology
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
Experience in sales is a plus
