MEMS Test Development Engineer

Job Description :

Analog Devices, Inc. currently has a position open for a Test Development Engineer within the MEMS Product and Test Development Engineering Group in Analog Devices General Trias Inc., Cavite, Philippines.

  • Design and develop a complete high-volume test solution (HW / SW) for high-performance inertial MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes and Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary development teams in defining and developing test solutions, methodologies and test plans.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules that align with new product introduction and release dates.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship for young members of the team to achieve their project goals.
  • Qualifications :

    The following experiences are required :

  • Hands-on experience developing bench-top or ATE test solutions for analog, digital and / or mixed-signal products.
  • Strong analytical and debug skills on analog, digital and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Experience in PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro, PADS PowerPCB or similar is required.
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand is required.
  • Working knowledge with Teradyne FLEX test platform and Visual Basic is a plus.
  • Experience in statistical data analysis software such as SAS JMP, R or similar tool is a plus.
  • Experience with MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, or IMUs is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate should at least have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields with at least 5 years of work experience in Semiconductor industry.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills. High energy and motivation level required to lead IMU test development projects.

    For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.

    S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
