Principal Responsibilities In coordination with Site Point of Contact (POC), aide in establishing strategy and calendar priorities, monitor campaign schedule, and coordinate sequences for outbound dialer campaigns as well as inbound call flows in order to achieve : Calls per Hour (CPH), Campaign Efficiency and Penetration Goals for a particular location.
Monitor and track production activity and key indicators for a single location including call completion and productivity and report results to Management.
Alert all appropriate parties of any projected shortfalls or production problems. Monitor dialer related downtime expense, continually search for new strategies to control downtime, and alert management when circumstances alter downtime expense amount.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree or if undergraduate, with relevant work experience preferred. Previous call center experience preferred.
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. Ability to effectively present information and field questions from different parties across the organization.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work.
