  • Take a lead role in the following activities :
  • Delivering consistent approach to all internal communications
  • Improving the involvement of employees in shaping and influencing the direction of the organization
  • Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the employees
  • Design and deliver the employee engagement strategy in conjunction with the HR Manager monitoring and evaluating as appropriate
  • Ensure the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness
  • Coordinate with HR Manager to ensure internal and external communications are effectively coordinated
  • Graduate of Behavioral Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in leading and organizing employee engagement project
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communications and campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing / negotiation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrate a responsible attitude towards work and the ability to use own initiative
  • Understand and respect the principle of confidentiality
