Take a lead role in the following activities :
Delivering consistent approach to all internal communications
Improving the involvement of employees in shaping and influencing the direction of the organization
Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the employees
Design and deliver the employee engagement strategy in conjunction with the HR Manager monitoring and evaluating as appropriate
Ensure the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness
Coordinate with HR Manager to ensure internal and external communications are effectively coordinated
Graduate of Behavioral Science or related field
At least 5 years of proven experience in leading and organizing employee engagement project
Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communications and campaigns
Excellent interpersonal, influencing / negotiation skills
Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to work to tight deadlines
Capacity to adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrate a responsible attitude towards work and the ability to use own initiative
Understand and respect the principle of confidentiality
