The main purpose of this role is to :
Develop, communicate and manage architecture related design for Fulfilment Software Integration Solutions (Service Orchestration), at a business, enterprise, and solution level.
Participation in design specification workshops, assessing impacts of change for the customer.
Collection, analysis and documentation of business & solution architectural requirements for Fulfilment Software Integration Solutions.
Design elements of Fulfilment Software Integration solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of assigned Fulfilment Project
Provide Architectural Support to Nokia Software Local Delivery Organisation LDO Fulfilment Team Members of assigned Fulfilment Project
Provide Architectural Support to Nokia Software Global Service Delivery GSD Fulfilment Team Members of assigned Fulfilment Projects
Engineering, Computer Science / IT or relevant tertiary degree
10+ years of experience in telecommunications or IT
Experience in specifying, designing, developing, and implementing Operational Support and / or Business Support Systems (OSS / BSS)
Expert knowledge OSS / BSS architectural methodologies, frameworks, vendors, and technologies
Experience in communicating and sharing complex solutions at an executive as well as a subject matter expert level
Experience in cloud orchestration and cloud based fulfilment integration
Experience in leading technical delivery and design with customers in the Cloud based orchestration domain
Knowledge of Nokia Cloud Solutions Portfolio highly regarded.
Vendor and Service Provider experience for IT or Telecommunications
Additional education in business management e.g. MBA
Advanced technical skills, computer skills and highly self motivation & management
Pre-sales experience in technical support / solution architect role
Customer interactions skills
