QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field. Firm background in project management or customer service is highly required.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in BPO, customer service, or project management
  • Strong communication and soft skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office is a must
  • Has technical knowledge on Drawing, 3-D design, Computer graphics, digital photography and illustration, are preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Touch Typist
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Confers with clients to discuss and determine layout design;
  • Ensures accuracy of concept and project intent is captured in the company’s system
  • Ensures project timelines are met by working closely with production team in scheduling assignments and target deadlines
  • Ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies while interacting with internal / external clients
  • Prepares rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and internal parties to ease communication;
  • Works with production facility to ensure all resources needs are allocated;
  • Provides all essential documentation to production floor to prepare the deliverables that met client needs including but not limited to Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Customer Supplied documents, Printer specification, checklists, all references files stated in the brief, quarantine any non-conformance deliverables reported by Clients and download files from Clients server;
  • Converts all required information into SGS internal system;
  • Do follow-ups all enquiries on the WIP reports and Invoice;
  • Generates WIP report and submit to CS Team Leader for review;
