The L&D Senior Manager serves as the global lead for our Individual Contributor Curriculum , and owns the design, delivery and quality of solutions in the areas of personal leadership and effectiveness, IT / information security, and ethics and compliance.

Key requirements :
Conduct learning and performance needs analyses
Design and program manage complex multi-modal learning programs and knowledge campaigns, delivery schedules and facilitator pools
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on their organizations’ performance and learning needs; manage and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with vendors, SMEs, peers and stakeholders
Apply adult learning principles and instructional systems to design / refresh blended learning solutions that minimize time away from work and maximize performance improvement
Design for and measure against required business outcomes; evaluate, track and report on impact of programs and initiatives
Facilitate / co-facilitate learning programs and workshops; maintain high participant evaluation scores
Proficiently use standard office tools and specialized L&D and HR tools for learning program administration and surveys (LMS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, various survey tools)

Integrated HR perspective : familiarity with related HR sub-functions and tools (succession management, coaching, performance management, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, performance consulting)
Qualifications and experience :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in instructional / learning design, human resource development, business or other relevant field preferred
Minimum of seven years of experience in learning and development, HR or organizational development / effectiveness
Proven success managing multi-faceted learning programs
Proven experience designing and developing learning programs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
