The Multimedia Artist works closely with the Lead Producer, to produce branded content executions for ABS-CBN's digital advertisers.
He / she is able to turn creative ideas into tangible outputs, such as live shoot, commercial, short film, documentary, brand film, motion graphics, photo ads, event coverage, etc.
The Multimedia Artist should possess strong end-to-end production skills from concept and treatment development, presentation, production proper, post-
production, to release. He / she is also able to understand, master, execute an advertiser's concept of marketing and advertising.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Works closely with the Lead Producer for day-to-day production activities (from pre-production, shoot, post-production to release).
Ability to create visual treatment / s appropriate to the creative brief / intent.
Shoots, edits photo / video, select music, design digital video effect, and create graphics to produce a finished output using editing systems and equipment.
Should be comfortable to work both on and off site.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photo and video production, for digital branded content executions.
Works with the creative team and regularly collaborates with the marketing team, to provide ideas and suggestions to build dynamic stories.
Works with team members to plan production for branded executions.
Interface with Clients at various levels and manage expectations, in tandem with Lea Producer.
Works closely with the Lead Producer in managing multiple projects and ensuring that work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within budget.
Must have a keen eye and taste for good audio-visual work.
Must be responsive, efficient, have excellent interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
Major Internal and External Contacts
Collaborate with Sales, Creatives, DMD, Integrated Marketing for TV, Cable, etc and Content / Production Teams in creating branded content executions.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers (production houses and freelancers) in creating branded content executions.
Interface with Clients at various levels and manage expectations, in tandem with Lead Producer.
Ability to think creatively in developing original ideas and make them come to life.

At least 3-5 years of experience as a multimedia artist or end-to-end producer / videographer / editor.
Degree in video production, digital multimedia, communications, and / or marketing is a plus
Can independently produce, shoot, and edit photo and video materials.
Familiarity with HD and 4K camera systems, microphone and audio mixer equipment, video equipment, and basic lighting.
Ability to use supplemental tools such as sliders, jibs, gimbals, stabilizers, etc.
Experience working in a tech environment is a plus.
Knowledgeable in both offline and online editing, with skills on 2D motion graphics.
Must be able to work independently with time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to produce complex content, using independent judgment and creativity.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
