Position Purpose The Sales Representative will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of CPN Philippines with the Spence Backyard customers, POS Over The Counter for Medicated additive product.

He / She reports to a Spence Sales Leader and is in-charge of deploying / ensuring Medicated additive products put in place every POS Over The Counter in the area and develop Marson Model and semi-

com farm to use walnut basemix (Mixing their own diets),range of products and in combination with limited level of services including opportunistic requirements of medicated additives and other specialty products as deemed necessary.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Reaching the targets and goals set for N.Viscaya, Isabela and Cagayan Valley.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales Medicated additves product and of Cargill Premix & Nutrition (CPN) to Walnut customers in Region 2.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base Nutritional Product (attracting potential customers and dealers)
  • Servicing the needs of existing CPN Walnut customers and seeking unmet needs of potential Walnut customers
  • Generates timely sales reports and action plans
  • Collecting customer / industry feedback.
  • Keeping up to date with products, relevant industry trends and competitors in the assigned territory
  • Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in any Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine or related courses.
  • Currently residing Region 1, 2 and or 3.
  • Previous sales experience in Handling POS Over the Counter medicated additives product and other feed additives for the last 2-3 years.
  • Has a valid driver’s license
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Veterinary and or related coureses
  • Expert market knowledge gained from experience in the home-mixing farm segment
  • Proven record in sales and reaching targets
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
