To be successful in this role, you will need to have : 3+ years service desk experience IT Diploma / Degree, or studying towards qualification Customer Service Experience MS 365 Certification Windows Server (AD / DNS / DHCP / IIS) and Desktop troubleshooting / configuration experience essential Network knowledge - desirable Strong focus on problem-solving *The hiring process will take place virtually.
