Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordinating with Spanish speaking clients
Analyze and resolve clients’ issues and concerns.
Translate documents needed in Spanish to English and vice versa
Handle business transactions of the client
Requirements :
Open to Native or Non-Native Spanish Speaker
Can speak, read and write Spanish
With Excellent English proficiency skills
Preferably Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related field
Previous experience working in SAP and related Order to Cash
modules is considered an advantage
Must be willing to work in Metro Manila areas (Mandaluyong,
Taguig, Quezon City, Alabang)
Previous experience in Credit & Collections or other Order to
Cash subprocess is preferred
Preferably with experience in training.
