The Role
You will be responsible for :
Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
Managing effective communications across different platforms (Lazada and Shopee)
Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Work with the Sales and Distribution team to ensure effective planning of stock-flow, commitment, intake, and distribution, including management of internal and external orders.
Support the Sales and Distribution team in accomplishing the daily orders, especially on peak days.
Assist in on-site events.
Liaising with the warehouse to help manage stock levels and capacity
Support the team to plan and manage stock distributions to stores using the seasonal allocation plan.
Skills Required :
You have at least 2 years experience ideally in CSR for E-commerce or Admin support
Experience within Internal Communications, CRM would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Google Sheet, Docs, and Slides
