Job Description

  • In-charge of interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based on research findings.
  • Coordinates with research suppliers to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project specifications and agreed timelines
  • Acts as a liaison between Marketing and research agencies in coordinating the execution of ad hoc and continuous activities
  • Validates thoroughness and accuracy of ad hoc and continuous research data
  • Provides segment and brand updates on a regular basis
  • Assists in the development of questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Drafts reports containing key findings, summary of results, and actionable recommendations based on the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Integrates consumer and industry trends, brand developments, and competitor marketing into research
  • Performs statistical analyses to identify gaps in marketing mixes
  • Creates financial documents to secure budget and process billings
  • Monitors monthly sales performance and prepares monthly sales report
  • Provides other services necessary and relevant to the efficient and effective operation of the department
  • Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in market research consumer insights
  • Knowledge and experience in market research, marketing, statistics, analytics, and digital research
  • Strong background in statistics
  • Working knowledge in Data Analytics and Modelling
  • Knowledge of database analysis programs is a plus
  • Graduate of Communication Research, Statistics, Economics, Math, Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Ability to design questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of research with basic appreciation of marketing
  • Good analytical skills, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, computer literate (MS Office)
