What does it take to be a Troo Area Manager?

  • Be a good role model for the advisors a glowing track record in sales helps
  • Have the patience that outlasts time itself and organizational skills that surpass a librarian’s
  • Share your knowledge with clarity and lead others with compassion and authority
  • Have a considerable amount of humility and maturity to handle issues and crises
  • Love the idea of being with people you will lead your team in building relationships, not only with customers, but also with your assigned EastWest stores (You’ll be visiting your stores regularly so best to be ready for a lot of travelling)
  • Preferably Chinese-speaking (Definitely a plus!)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Have good work ethics
  • Has a go-getter attitude
  • Let’s not forget - you must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • What else should you know?

    It would be great if you haven’t been a self-employed insurance agent or agency manager for the past two years, and that you have a clean employment record.

    Not to mention a spotless record with the NBI and Credit Investigation Bureau. Is this you? Join us and we’ll take it from there.
