A barista serves and prepares coffee products by utilizing a variety ofbrewing, blending, and grinding equipment, machinery, and accessories, as wellas promotes coffee consumption through creative marketing means.
Reportsdirectly to store supervisor / manager
Preparecustomer orders using and following the official products and recipes asmandated by the company and as taught during training
Cashiering- takes the orders of the customers, correctly inputs them into the purchasingsystem, and promptly delegates order to barista assigned at the bar
Maintainsfood and safety standards by keeping the store and all equipment and productsclean and orderly at all times
LocalCafé Marketing regularly conducts marketing activities as instructed by themarketing officer and as scheduled by the store supervisor
PreparesDaily Sales Reports at the end of each day of operations
Assistsin inventory monitoring as needed
Createsincident reports for damaged company property (i.e.
machines, furniture,marketing collaterals, office supplies) as well as violations of co-employeesas per company rules and regulations
Receivesdeliveries of stocks from warehouse or from suppliers, cross checks quantityand quality of items delivered against the order, and records and reportsdamaged and / or wrong items
Atleast reached college level, preferably majored in HRM, Management, or relatedfield
Preferablywith at least 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or in food / beverageservices
Willingto be trained
Withexcellent customer service skills and a pleasing personality
Hardworking,trustworthy, and passionate about coffee
