As a Customer Service Representative, youâll represent the account and interact with clients by doing sales and lead generation.
Your day could see you :
â¢ Cold calling from a raw database
â¢ Refer prospective qualified leads to Chartiâs Business Development Managers
â¢ Update CRM
â¢ Responding to customers on the Online Chat
â¢ Processing orders
â¢ Follow up phone call to customers regarding EDMâs
â¢ Building relationship with existing customers
â¢ Responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner
â¢ Be able to solve customer problems / concerns
