The Information Technology group provides enterprise-wide IT solutions for all of AIG's specialized disciplines. Technology provides strategic and procedural support in all of AIG's specialized disciplines, such as policy issuance, premium collection, claims handling, and administration.

It enables AIG to deliver business strategies through efficient world-class IT and operations services, while ensuring the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place.

Your contribution at AIG

  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 type of support to Transact Enterprise platform
  • Provide technical support to customers, answer simple to medium questions on function and usage of Business Applications via the telephone, email,
  • Can bridge and facilitate communication among all the stakeholders (Regional, internal & external).
  • Provide initial application based technical support to Transact Enterprise users mostly via email. Answer technical inquiries regarding the supported applications
  • Create, update and monitor tickets and email accordingly.
  • Generation and analysis of reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
  • Create ticket via Service-now for the business partners related requests or issues.
  • What we are looking for

  • A related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or similar IT related course
  • Capable of Systems Analysis, develop db scripting, perform preliminary investigation via DB / application log file
  • Sybase, DB2 or Oracle knowledge
  • Experience with application running on Linux or window platform
  • Experienced working in an Application Support environment (at least 3 years)
  • Have worked in an Insurance industry preferred (not mandatory)
  • Experience working with ITIL process is preferred
