Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for workflow andproject managementfor a specific set ofcreative projects for graphics, video, elearning, and sharepoint development
  • Liase with the business unit to gather requirements and understand deadlines
  • Develop and manage budgets by tracking team labor hours and external costs
  • Act as liaison between Creative Team and Business Unit
  • Schedule and oversee kick off meetings with clients, stakeholders and Creative teams
  • Create and maintain project schedule and budget approved by client
  • Forward approved project estimates to clients, stakeholders and Finance Team
  • Confirm team members have all elements needed for assigned projects
  • Review all assigned creative before routing to stakeholders to confirm all business goals and comments are met
  • Ensure that feedback is received and compiled on time
  • Negotiate and resolve any conflicts for projects (timing, budget, scope)
  • Responsible for clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of the project, including : agendas, recaps, updates, approvals and meeting requests
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, preferred
  • Project Coordination or Management experience a plus
  • Previous experience working as Creative liason with cross-functional teams in Publishing, Advertising / Marketing, Media, Design or Film industries
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), preferred
