  • Oversee and manage the global company consolidation on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure corporate consolidation reconciliations are properly completed, reviewed and documented.
  • Assist in the gathering and reviewing of monthly, quarterly and annual information for external reporting, audits, reviews and tax compliance.
  • Prepare and / or review monthly income statement and balance sheet analysis for specific corporate and total company accounts.
  • Provide general guidance and advice to Global Accounting staff as it relates to intercompany, consolidations and other related month-end process, i.e. revaluation.
  • Direct activities of global staff as necessary to ensure effective performance of function.
  • Ensure optimum performance of group function.
  • Prepare manual journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Perform Balance Sheet and P&L FLUX analysis for owned accounts and total company accounts
  • Collaborate with the finance business improvement and transformation team to continue to develop world class finance and accounting processes and drive faster monthly and quarterly financial statement close process.
  • Ensures accurate and timely compilation of accounting information, analysis and reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Company policies and procedures.
  • Proposal and development of improvements to existing company policies and procedures where appropriate including compliance with technical accounting guidelines.
  • Provide timely and accurate accounting information to internal customers on ad hoc basis.
  • Develop / refine and implement procedures to ensure proper accounting and controls of certain financial information.
  • Perform research of authoritative accounting guidance and applies guidance to properly reflect financial information as required Support and monitor company policies and practices.
  • Complete and maintain process documentation and ensure SOX 404 compliance for functional area of responsibility.
  • Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices.
  • Consolidate and oversee cycle review materials both for BS and FL flux analysis
  • Complies at all times with the Environment, Health and Safety and company manufacturing standards, rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Minimum of 7 years of related Finance and Accounting experience
  • Hands on and detailed Oracle R12 experience and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.

  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle system
