Job Description : Maintain constant communication with BIR and other government agencies and keep compliance with all related government agency's regulations at all times.
Maintain historical records by verifying, allocating and posting transactions. Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
Provides adequate and timely financial information, accurate analysis and monitoring of variances between actual expenses and related budgets.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or by the management. Minimum Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
At least 1-2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledgeable in BIR Tax Compliance, financial statements, QuickBooks (accounting software), and business permits / licenses.
Possess strong analytical and planning skills
