  • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Mall Manager and Corporate Admin / HR Supervisor.
  • Develop / Create modules and training programs for Operations up to Support Group.· Design and enhance training modules· Conducts and administer Training programs· Ensure agreed technical training measures are met and sustained.
  • Develop induction effective induction programme.· Conducting performance appraisals.· Producing training materials for in house course.
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programme and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Immediate Superior.· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor'
  • s / College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related fields.· Preferably at least 2-4 years of working experience specializing in Training Development or equivalent.

  • Required Skills : Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Training Management, Self Development, Technical Leadership, Presenting Technical Information, Self Confidence, Dealing with Complexity.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.· Good communication skills and presentation skills.· Excellent problem solving skills· Flexible to work at all levels and a team player· Can work independently with less supervision· Can start to work as soon as possible.
