Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
Set-up marketing automation workflow, emails, landing pages, campaigns and reporting
Create email campaigns / landing pages using HTML and / or Eloqua templates to fit the content and plan of the region
OMC helpdesk support answering and handling ad hoc queries & trouble shooting from regional OMC teams.
Developing and coordinate list segmentations for upcoming campaigns using exclusions to avoid conflicts and scheduling rules.
Any other duties as assigned by project manager / team lead
Qualifications, skills & experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of email marketing experience
Marketing automation experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot marketing
Knowledge of HTML and CSS huge plus
Experience in writing email copy / digital assets is a plus
Understand email standards and privacy laws : SPF, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Knowledge using Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver is a plus
Experience using Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce CRM / any sales management tool
Excellent communication skills & English
