As a Quality Manager , you will set the path to success by overseeing and managing our consultants performance and service quality which will facilitate improvement in design, training, compliance and operations.

You are also expected to :

  • Establish and maintain communication with clients and / or team members; understand needs and resolve relevant issues;
  • Identify and highlight failure modes in the process; identify unethical practices / behavior and highlight them to the management; and
  • Maintain reports and discuss center-wide opportunities to the management.
  • Your required skills are :

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the BPO Industry
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Manager or Leader
  • Demonstrative skills in MS Office programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
