  • We will rely on you to :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts, follows up on correspondences and works to strengthen and grow account relationships.
  • Develops an understanding of client businesses by conducting account research, research on industry issues and preparing benchmarking studies for personal and team use.
  • Mitigates account concerns or issues encountered, addresses problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues.
  • Supports colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated small accounts and conducting ensuing account management tasks including : processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes, generating project calendars, liaising between internal senior professionals and accounts and organizing meeting logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain relationships within own practice, insurance markets, clients, and underwriters to provide cohesive client service.
  • Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions.
  • Interface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production.
  • To assist FINPRO Practice Leader with non-brokering tasks such as Strategy, Budget monitoring, etc.
  • What you need to have :

  • Bachelor Degrees in any discipline but preference is business, economics, accounting and finance
  • Previous or current experience working as an underwriter or an insurance broker, preferably in Financial Lines or General Liability lines
  • Demonstrate that you can work under pressure, the desire to develop relationships and grow as an insurance expert
  • Confident, with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
