We are looking for a Client Technology Manager who likes to be challenged and enjoys learning new skills, particularly concerning the use of Marketing Automation Platforms.

The work will involve teaming up with a global Marketing Automation Agency headquartered in Singapore.

Primary Technical Responsibilities :

  • Configure and Manage Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Responsys, Watson Marketing (SilverPop), Exact Target, RedEye and SAGE etc.)
  • Be responsible for Solution Integration (e.g. SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, Mulesoft, API’s)
  • Understand Web Analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Have solid skills in Database Technology (SQL, CSV manipulation)
  • Have a general Web Development Background (.Net, HTML5, C#, Java Script)
  • Understand Email / SMS Technology and Deliverability
  • Have experience in Computing Network Configuration (DNS, Webmaster etc.)
  • Other Requirements :

  • Have Project Management (MS Project) skills
  • Be a Technical Problem Solver
  • Have some Team Leadership experience
  • Have solid and practiced Business and Technical Analysis skills
  • Understand Technical Strategy Management
  • Be comfortable with being an internal Technical Mentor
  • Have some experience as a Technical Trainer
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Required Background :

  • Tertiary Level Education
  • 5 Years Experience in Web Development
  • 2 Years Technical Supervisory and / or Management Experience
  • 3-5 Years Digital Platform Experience
