Job Description : BRANCH ADMIN
Monitors, maintains and conducts monthly inventory of branch supplies, forms and equipment following approved guidelines and procedures.
Coordinates and handles proposal system and AMS-related upgrades to helpdesk.
Conducts regularly meetings with the branch secretaries and staff regarding updates, and new procedures especially during contest month.
Handles and coordinates incoming and outgoing documents and materials for the two-SL product lines. *Check Special Fund reimbursement of the branch.
CONTRIBUTION TO BRANCH TARGET ATTAINMENT (AC / .MP)
Assist in the implementation of Sales initiatives (Sales and Licensing Promos).
Monitors the completeness of requirements (ACM, Pop Test result , Sun Select, Top 100 and recommendation if necessary) submitted prior to BTC 1 and coding of the recruit.
Prepares a standard daily monitoring report on life and mutual funds new business applications, following the required format, for submission to the Sales Head.
ASSISTANCE TO AGENCY FORCE (FMs and Advisors) *Assist the Branch Manager in over-all branch activities (Meeting, K / O, Teambuildings, Assembly) .
Coordinates with Underwriting and / or Client Services regarding additional requirements to facilitate new business processing.
Monitors and updates branch promos.
Distributes duplicate ORs and policy contracts.
Distribute ACS and Persistency reports.
Responds to policy and administration-related inquiries using INGENIUM, etc. as required, coordinates with appropriate departments when necessary.
Coordinates and facilitates different branch activities. *Coordinates with Marketing department re : branch qualifiers for different regional contests / promos.
Requests corporate giveaways and sales aid through ARMS.
Coordinates SL initiated trainings and agents’ affiliation-related activities to STD.
Facilitates resigned agents’ surrendered items.
Posts company-related updates in the bulletin board / s (production monitoring, memos, circulars, news and noteworthy)
Distributes monthly the updated Mutual Fund Sales presentation materials (Fact Sheets) to the licensed MF Representatives.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT / Annual Devpt. (Short Term)
Working knowledge of Sun Life Products.
Attend at least 16 hours of training per year.
VUL / Traditional persistency familiarization.
Reporting of daily attendance (in and out, OT, VL and SL).
Attend department and cluster GA’s meetings.
