Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint.

You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Philippine CRM and IT (middleware, bespoke apps) projects from contract signing to go live. Manage remotely or on-site the developers’ team in Tacloban as well as the Sales / Account Management team in Manila to complete the project.
  • CRM partners are Zoho and Sugar.

  • We have Zoho and Sugar and Salesforce clients in the US, AU, and SG that we provide developers for their business. Each client has a Project Manager but we need to oversee the projects ourselves to ensure that our team in Tacloban is effectively meeting timelines and doesn't have quality issues.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Oversee the acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Scrum methodologies
