  • Establish and maintain strategic partnership with pharmaceutical companies and merchant partners (apparel, restaurants, bars, hotels, gasoline stations, etc) for co-branding activities with MediCard Clinics and HMO cards.
  • Optimize content for Social Networking sites, online inquiry, surveys, e-mails, affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Improve search engine optimization, list MediCard web listing and social networking sites.
  • Recommend and implement e-marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Maintain active presence and implement engagement in social networking sites.
  • Generate reports regarding MediCard's web inquiries, site traffic and its traffic sources.
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing that includes, but not limited to : event support, marketing logistics, data gathering, securing of necessary permits (i.
  • e. DTI permits), preparation of documents necessary for application of copyright (for books intended to be published by MediCard), submission of documents required by the Intellectual Property Office.

  • Ensure timely placement of clinic ads, including in-store radio ads, MediCard TV, and other forms of advertising.
  • Develop and maintain well-organized filing system for confidential, personal and business files.
  • Handle monthly inventory and monitoring of supplies.
  • Handle monthly and timely release of collaterals.
  • Ensure proper allocation of marketing materials with corresponding memo to all units concerned(Clinics / Corporate Accounts, etc)
  • Implement approved promotional activities for clinics and HMO.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the website.
  • Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Fresh graduates or with experience in Marketing Services
  • Should be knowledgeable in MS Office, Applications, Adobe Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Flash, etc.) and Basic Digital Marketing
  • Should be computer literate, should have average communication skills and numerical skills; creative
