Job Description

  • Key Accountabilities : Produce individual level, team level, divisional level and company level reports and dashboards after obtaining performance metrics from clients and managementDraw connections across various divisions’ performance measures, generate improvement opportunities and implement themDevelop efficient ways of combining data from multiple systems to produce cohesive analysis and management reporting capabilitiesCollaborate with clients and management from different divisions to assess the value, usability, and efficiency of their performance metrics dataDrive the identification and interpretation of the trends, causes, variances and issues associated with various divisions’ performance metrics dataResponsible for identifying and improving performance metrics gaps and / or issues to resolutionSpecify, prioritize and communicate high-
  • level and detailed requirements using user stories, use cases, business rules, process flows, and customer feedbackDevelop organizational processes and meSupport various development teams throughout the development process of performance metrics tools and dashboards by translating requirements and troubleshooting issues when necessaryCreate and maintain thorough and consistent documentation for the routine reportsIndependently undertake projects of a complex nature and ad-

    hoc requests as requiredOther duties and tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and / or the Operations Management

    The candidate :

    Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action.Must be amenable working in mid-shiftMust be amenable to render overtime on regular working days and on the weekends as needed

    Qualifications :

  • Possess strong knowledge of spreadsheet software (i.e. Microsoft Excel)Experience in gathering functional requirements and defining key performance indicators and / or metricsAble to evaluate data to make business recommendations based on analysis of the dataDemonstrated ability to work and communicate with clients and management on report enhancements / questions that translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverablesPrevious Business Intelligence experienceStrong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating contingency plans and solutionsResponsible and reliable;
