Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) - receive inbound calls from customers who have questions or concerns related to their service.
Inbound screener CSRs handle Customers that opt out of the Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVRU) without providing information (e.
g., Billing, Technical Support, Sales, etc.).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Listen to customers and comprehend the reason for the call (e.g., status, trouble report). Professionally answer customer question(s) (e.
g., provide order / trouble status). Guide the customer through a battery of self-help installation and repair opportunities.
Perform logical troubleshooting. Document troubleshooting steps and confirm the resolution of reported trouble. Service activation support for voice service calling features.
Provide affiliated ISP support
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree, any field.
At least 8 months of call center experience
Can type 30 wpm net with an accuracy of 95%
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
Willing to work in Metro Manila
