Job Description

The Thai Bilingual Analyst for Credit and Collections is responsible for collection of receivables, utilizing phone or email and the defined tools.

The analyst understands the specifics and behavior of the customers in the assigned portfolio and contacts the respective customers to collect the outstanding amounts.

Tasks and responsibilities may include :

Monitoring and reviewing the assigned portfolio to ascertain the status of accounts and actions required

Contacting customers via email or phone to collect the outstanding receivables or amounts for orders on hold and attempt to close the actions with a promise of payment and follow up on the broken promises to pay

Maintaining accurate records of all collections actions in the systems

Qualifications

Open to College graduate and undergraduate with related work experience

Strong written and verbal communication in Thai and English languages

Time management skills or ability to prioritize work in an effective manner

Analytical and outcome driven

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, client teams and colleagues

Focus on quality and process improvements
