  • In our drive to fulfill the mission, we are currently in search of a talented individual who has strong client service experience and client sales management that will be responsible for;
  • Experience building a sales team in PH and selling to US based companies
  • Should be able to drive a sales funnel from beginning to end
  • Helping clients to better understand the full potential of our products
  • Encouraging revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
  • Collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance client satisfaction
  • Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
  • Recruit, train and support help desk representatives and technicians
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
  • Requirements

  • Has deep sales knowledge and has sold into US based companies
  • Client-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Proven work experience as a Help desk manager
  • Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (ESL rating 4-5)
  • Team management skills
  • Proven ability to utilize the Salesforce contact platform required
  • BSc in Business and IT
  • Amenable working in BGC, Taguig
