Minimum seven years of channel sales experience in a B2B / B2C sales environment with at least five years- worth of experience in a managerial capacity preferably in the insurance industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly manages the Self- Adjudication System for Self Insurance (SASSI) business to business and / or business to customer account of SASSI Business Development

Manages the deployment and maximization of the Implementation Specialist as part of the SASSI business process for business to business and / or business to customer accounts

Identifies market opportunities and potential distribution channels that will lead to the achievement of set targets and objectives of the department.

Ensures the timely implementation of SASSI per service agreement manages project integration and fulfillment

Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts

Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an on- going basis

Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

Leads solution development efforts that best address end- user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
